Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please log into your account 48 hours prior to your confirmed appointment to make the adjustment. Alternately, you can email your request to dundi@dundithompson.com. Rescheduling: 1) Reschedule may be requested at any time up to 48 hours before the confirmed session time. 2) Reschedule requests will be granted based upon Dundi Thompson's availability. Cancellation requests: 1) If canceled within 48 hours, a refund, minus transaction fees, will be provided. 2) If canceled with less than a full 48 hours' notice, no refund will be provided.
